Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced E&I Supervisor to lead a skilled team of 10 professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a DAE in Electronics and at least five years of hands-on experience in control logic troubleshooting, PLC fault diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, and breakdown root cause identification. This role demands an individual who excels in managing team dynamics, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards within electrical and instrumentation projects.
The E&I Supervisor is responsible for overseeing electrical wiring and installation tasks and managing instrumentation calibration activities. The position requires comprehensive project planning and scheduling capabilities, along with rigorous quality control procedures. The successful candidate will also handle vendor and contractor management, ensuring all team operations comply with safety regulations and industry best practices. Strong leadership and coordination skills will be essential to effectively manage shift work and allocate resources to meet project goals efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team specializing in electrical wiring, installation, and instrumentation calibration to ensure optimal performance and compliance with project requirements.
- Perform and oversee control logic troubleshooting and PLC fault diagnostics to minimize equipment downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Plan, schedule, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance (P.M & C.M) of electrical and instrumentation equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend asset life.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and lead efforts to implement effective corrective actions and improvements.
- Interpret electrical circuit designs and wiring diagrams accurately to guide installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and project execution.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, coordinating work schedules and ensuring contract compliance and quality deliverables.
- Optimize shift and resource management to guarantee continuous and efficient operations across all projects and tasks.
- Lead team meetings, provide technical training, and foster a collaborative work environment to improve team capabilities and morale.
