The role involves stakeholder engagement, worker enrollment, grievance handling, and coordination with partner organizations, ensuring effective communication and access to healthcare services.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.1–2 years of experience in communication, coordination, or stakeholder management.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Willingness to travel across industrial areas of Karachi.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of healthcare, takaful, or welfare programs.Experience in community engagement or field operations.
