We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Coordinator to lead industry and worker outreach for the Accidental Health Takaful Scheme. The role involves stakeholder engagement, worker enrollment, grievance handling, and coordination with partner organizations, ensuring effective communication and access to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with industries, worker unions, and associations.Conduct outreach, awareness, and enrollment sessions for workers.
Coordinate with employers and empanelled hospitals for data, service access, and issue resolution.Manage complaints and ensure timely redressal aligned with policy.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and support communication activities

.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.1–2 years of experience in communication, coordination, or stakeholder management.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Willingness to travel across industrial areas of Karachi.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of healthcare, takaful, or welfare programs.Experience in community engagement or field operations.
