Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Grants Management Associate with at least three years of experience in grant proposal writing, budget management, and proposal development. This role requires a dedicated professional to handle institutional donor funding and manage grants effectively while ensuring compliance with local and international donor regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate with various stakeholders, research and identify new funding opportunities, and contribute to fundraising strategies. The role does not involve managing a team but requires working closely with colleagues and partners to ensure successful grant implementation and reporting.
The Grants Management Associate will play a crucial role in the stewardship of grant-funded projects from proposal development through to donor reporting. This position requires fluency in English, while knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements, and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism when managing budgets and project deliverables funded by donors.
