• Develop a strategic plan to promote the company’s mission/objectives and to enhance revenue, profitability, and growth with the existing clientele.
  • Ensure the development of the plans, priorities; help develop performance management controls and critical success factors.
  • Review approved plans/budgets as part of the planning and budgeting cycles and present recommendations to the DGM/GM
  • Ensure that clients be satisfied by Company services and jobs executions.
  • Respond to and resolve Client complaints and queries. Provide customer feedback, input and information through various communication channel. React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all clients.
  • Ensure the planning and execution of established safety, security, quality, and operations policies, procedures and practices of the Company.
  • Supervise the day-to-day task assignments of departments.
  • Assist with all matters relating to Clients, Engagement Practices-Operations Department.
  • Supervise the work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities EP-Operations Department to meet the needs of the business, delegate tasks and follow-up, highlight the gaps to DGM/GM.
  • Monitor and analyze business processes and results to profitably achieve company goals.
  • Analyze results and trends and prepare action plans to leverage the Company’s strengths and address areas of opportunity. Ensure the execution of all action plans.
  • Build relationships with clients for business growth. 
  • Ensure health, safety and Environment (HSE) program execution and fulfill the Company safety requirement.
  • Ensure the Quality Audit Visits on sites
  • Support the DGM/GM in running the Organization flow of HR & Admin, IT, Accounts & Finance, Procurement, IT, Sales & Marketing and EP Operations department for achieving the sustainable growth.
  • Supervision related area of Key Account Manager.
