• Assist Manager HR in recruitment and selection process.
  • Respond to all inquiries raised by the Manager HR and other Department / Section heads in line with HR & Admin.
  • Coordinate with the head of the department for the final selection of candidates.
  • Assist in the implementation of all HR and Admin policies and make sure compliance.
  • Maintain all records pertains to employees and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the Payroll process and generate payroll sheets and distribute salary and payslips to employees.
  • Coordinate with the employees and department/section heads for clearance and final settlement.
  • Assist in effective execution of performance management system.
  • Assist in Final Settlements of Accounts for employees.
  • Keeping employee record up to date in respect to attendance, leaves, EOBI, Social Security, Health and Life Insurance.
  • Entring credentials and data in ERP software.
  • Management and coordination of Admin-related matters.
  • Keeping all areas of admin maintained and updated with routine checkups.
