- Proven work as a Web Designer and Developer
- Demonstrable graphic/web design skills with a strong portfolio
- Conceptualizing creative web design ideas and executing them
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Sense of SEO
- Sense of UI/UX
- Testing and improving the design of the website.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding.
- Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
Web Development:
- HTML/HTML5
- JavaScript
- CSS and Java Script Framerworks
- Jquery
- Responsive Design
- Optimize Websites for speed and performance
- Testing/Debugging

- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
