Spacebar Int is seeking candidates in the capacity of Senior Customer Support Executive to grow its client base.
Requirements:
- Help customers with the dialer PBX (Voip Products), including computer troubleshooting via phone call.
- Maintain the highest level of service through dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and an attentive manner
- Excellent English communications skills (Preferable American/UK accent)
- Client handling/Objection handling and customer service skills.
- Prior Call Center experience would be an advantage but freshers are also welcome
- Perform successful troubleshoot on customers’ products and provide accurate and efficient resolutions
- Explain to customers the complex technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner to provide troubleshooting help, which will assist them in following your guidance to resolve a technical issue
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- We are looking for long-term employees to join our team, not temporary workers.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
