We are an Asset Management Company, looking for an interested candidate for the position of "Customer Services Executive" Requirements are as follows.
- Conduct all service and administrative functions of the Customer Services.
- Send Account statement to investors on monthly basis.
- Send notice of Dividend announcement to clients (when announced).
- Send MIP cheques/deposit slips to investors.
- Book closure notice and dividend announcement emails.
- Respond to KYC observations.
- Calculation of CGT working.
- Cheque realized sale from bank statement.
- Update transaction summary.
- Receive all calls for IR.
- Update new client’s email for receiving daily NAV.
- Redemption/Conversion/Investment SMS to CEO and emails internally.
- Listen and respond to customer’s needs and concerns
- Provide information about services
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Handle complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
