Job Description

- Develop and impliment HR initiatives and systems suitable for the company and making alternative recommendations in policies demonstrating best practices as applicable.

- Involve in recruitment, preparing Job descriptions, postings ads and actively managing the hiring process.

- Review Training and developement strategies to attract and retain employees

- Develop, Review and Update Human Resource Policies and Procedures.

- Employee Personnel File Management.

-Attendance & Leaves Management.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

- Good knowledge of contract Employment and staffing.

- Ability to work in a team.
