AREAS OF EXPERTISE & SKILLS

  • Client Servicing
  • Multitasking, should be able to handle at least 2 to 3 projects at a time.
  • Out of City Traveling.
  • Should have handled teams of 30 to 40 members.
  • Should be expert in permanent BA plan.
  • Should know about reporting and having good grip on excel and power point.
  • Should be well versed with geography and localities of major cities of Pakistan
  • Arrangement/selection as well as briefing & training of field staff across Pakistan
  • Fieldwork execution, daily monitoring/feedback as well as field backchecking
  • Vigilant and pro-active towards tasks assigned by the Project Manager

EXPERIENCE

  • 4-5 year experience of activations, at least 1 year in similar role.
  • Worked in Different sectors e.g. school, trade/market, college, DDS etc.
  • Field plan development and monitoring.
  • Experience in Field Sales (preferred but not mandatory)

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

  • Should be well-versed with Microsoft Office specifically, Word, Excel & Outlook; as well as basic mobile apps like whatsapp
  • Should be permanent resident of Lahore and have his/her own conveyance
  • Should be willing to travel to all parts of Pakistan, for different projects.
