The Position
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting application errors.
To ensure success as a Salesforce Developer, you must have 2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, as a Salesforce Developer, you must be able to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing customized Salesforce apps to meet company objectives and provide scalable processes
- Must be able to design, code, and implement Salesforce applications
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
- Identify and analyze system requirements and defines project scope, requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and oversee project execution on a daily basis
- Review projects' outcome and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Previous work experience with application development
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
- Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, and Visual Force
- Ability to solve high-level software and application issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have skills
- Experience in .NET, JavaScript/CSS Framework (i.e. Bootstrap, AngularJS, React) or similar programming environments
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
