Support organizational policy initiatives, through the provision of cyber security-related policy advice and information to relevant stakeholders to facilitate the appropriate interpretation and implementation of cyber security policies.
- Research, analyses and review complex policy issues, identifying emerging issues, develop evidence based options, and recommended solutions to resolve problems and mitigate risks.
- Operational ownership of cyber security management and the ISMS.Ensure cyber security policy aligns with implementation and delivery of new systems, technologies and vendor services and are aligned with cyber security standards and best practices.
- Implement and maintain a program of regular security audits to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the ICT and associated process environment.
- Report on audit outcomes, document and escalate ICT risks accordingly to ensure delivery of a high quality and consistent service is maintained to meet specific needs and strategic objectives of company.
- Coordinate cyber security incident response.
