• Supervise the procedures and operations of medical billing services, which may involve medical coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, follow-up, and/or reimbursement management.
  • Manage complete Revenue Cycle for US-based Clients and Responsible for all Communication with all US based clients
  • Prepare periodic reports and financial analysis.
  • Coordination between all stakeholders and departments to ensure quality and timely completion of Revenue cycle.
  • Training and providing OJTs to new and current employees
  • Responsible for daily new business prospecting through sales team and lead nurturing for small, medium, and large medical practices.
  • Drive the sales cycle through qualification, discovery, planning, promoting, demonstrating, referencing and closing.
  • oversee all the activities of sales and billing team within the group are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department protocol, and are in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Evaluate and responds to contemporary and imminent internal and external healthcare trends in order to establish and ensure the necessary direction for revenue cycle activities.
  • Persistently seeks different strategies for improving the operational activities and supports programs.
  • Analyses and infers operational data to assess need for procedural revisions and enhancements; contributes in the design, implementation and execution of specific systems to enhance revenue and operating efficiency.
  • Assures satisfaction among client groups with the quality and amount of support provided by monitoring and responding appropriately to outcomes and feedback.
  • Understands the job functions of all Operations staff, should aware of process flow across all departments, and involves them, as appropriate, when recommended actions may impact their work functions.
  • In conjunction with other department leaders, implements strategic and operational initiatives.

Requirements :

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from a well-reputed local/foreign university.
  • 5-7 years prior Experience in US Medical Billing company
  • Excellent in English communication skills both verbal & written, spoken English in American pronunciation is desired
  • Good Command over Excel, word and health industry related software tools
  • Excellent Organizational, Analytical skills and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Proven Knowledge sic medical terminologies such as coding-ICD10, CPT & HCPC
  • Experienced in Managing the Overall Revenue Cycle
  • Knowledge about Data Conversion and EMR implementation
  • Knowledge about enrollment & credentialing and EDI & ERA/EFT setup
