Product Designer

As the company continues to expand, it is seeking a skilled Product Designer to join the team. This role focuses on designing exceptional user experiences for web and mobile platforms by working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will create intuitive and visually appealing products that align with business objectives and deliver real value to customers. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and other documentation to support product development and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Maintain and contribute to the consistency of the design system and style guides.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy during implementation.
- Utilize design principles, research insights, and data to justify design decisions and present concepts to peers and stakeholders.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed to drive product innovation and quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and other contemporary design tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a user-centric approach to design.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies.
- Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS products is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods working at a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to work during US Central Hours, which may require night shifts for candidates based in Pakistan.
