Department: Trade Sales

Reporting to: National Manager Trade Sales

Duty Station: Lahore Head Office

Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for product planning and execution throughout Product Lifecycle, which includes concept, design, sample production, quality testing, revenue forecasting, costing, mass production, promotion, customer services.
  2. Conduct market research and develop a competitor landscape. Identify new markets & customer needs. Attend industry functions, trade exhibitions etc. and circulate briefs containing new & relevant information regarding market & product trends.
  3. Propose an overall budget to ensure success and set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  4. Deliver operating plan including the achievement of growth objectives, market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers.
  5. Define Product Strategy and develop a roadmap for launch and post-launch activities.
  6. Develop core positioning and messaging for the product. Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. Coordinate with Marketing Team for developing and executing marketing strategy.
  7. Forecast and meet sales targets across distribution channels. Deliver monthly revenue forecast.
  8. Develop sales tools and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings.
  9. Identify potential clients & key decision-makers within their organization; Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  10. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Requirements

  1. 5 to 7 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Sales Manager in the Lighting Industry in Pakistan.
  2. Demonstrated success in launching products.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
  4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  6. Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  7. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  8. Strong business acumen.
  9. Detail-oriented and persuasive.
