Production Manager

Ingredion, a global leader in ingredient solutions impacting over 60 industries, is seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to oversee production at its Rakh Canal Plant in Faisalabad. This role offers the opportunity to manage the entire production process of one of the company’s highest yield plants, ensuring operational excellence, sustainability, and cost efficiency. Reporting directly to the Faisalabad Plant Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the full production cycle at the Rakh Canal Plant, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.
- Implement and maintain sustainable practices to enhance environmental responsibility and reduce waste.
- Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support plant-wide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts through data analysis, problem-solving, and team engagement.
- Develop and mentor production staff to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Report regularly to the Plant Manager on production metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in production management or a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of production processes, cost control, and sustainability practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
