A fashion label requires a production manager to oversee production at its garments workshop. The applicant would be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the production process, including stitching and quality control.
The ideal candidate would be someone who can think on their feet and is a problem solver. Experience in the garments industry would be highly preferred but we are also open hiring quick learners who have operations experience in another field.
The job requires coordinating and leading a medium-sized team therefore previous experience in management is a requirement for the position. The candidate would also be required to create and refine processes to streamline the production process and to oversee the processes to ensure their compliance.
