- Ensure full compliance of established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) through team in letter and spirit.
- Facilitate audits by ensuring teams’ involvement with auditors while achieving zero nonconformities and observations.
- Address nonconformities and observations (if any) to settle before compilation and submission of the audit report.
- Take guidelines from Head Supply Chain Operations for the development of prototype.
- Supervise the development of new product prototypes.
- Share machine load and machine capacity data with PPC at the start of every month and reconcile available machine capacity calculation with PPC.
- Acquire work order, and production schedule from PPC.
- Review indirect raw materials requisition prepared by all production, sections as per daily production schedule and approve them.
- Allocate work orders to machines as per plan provided by PPC and initiate bulk production.
- Responsible to look after compliance to specification sheets throughout production process by inspecting process and output.
- Ensure that minimum numbers of pieces are rejected during quality inspection.
- Make sure production in each section is completed and shifted to the next process on time as per plan.
- Prepare daily productivity reports for each section and machine and present to Head Supply Chain Operations along with his analysis and results.
- Ensure that all machines are always in good working condition and properly maintained and equipped with necessary parts.
- Record and critically review wastage in relation to every sales order in each section.
- Discuss wastage report with Head Supply Chain Operations and take remedial actions as per advice where wastage exceeds the tolerance limit.
