Responsibilities will include ensuring optimal operation of solvent extraction plants and managing the parameters of Quality, Process and Productivity. Must be able to plan and execute measures to optimize capacity utilization of plants, administer quality controls, plant safety and optimize production costs in terms of process losses, utility costs, maintenance and manpower. Ideal candidate will have an experience of a minimum of 5 years in managing solvent extraction plants, and a Master’s degree in Chemistry/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
