Based at our manufacturing facility in Karachi, Pakistan, this role involves overseeing production activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You will lead small teams to ensure the delivery of safe, timely, and high-quality products. Close collaboration with planning, engineering, quality, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams is a key part of the position. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations to meet schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Enforce strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality systems, and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor production technicians, including training on standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and support postings in SAP or other inventory and labor management systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Pharm-D or a Science graduation is mandatory.
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in pharmaceutical packing or production roles.
- Proven experience working within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Familiarity with production documentation and batch record management.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise systems, along with basic MS Office skills.
- Understanding of EHS principles and commitment to safe working practices.
- Prior experience supervising production or packaging teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
