Job Description

  • Sufficient knowledge about product recipes, product mix, product formulation and product development
  • knows how to handle all baked goods for packaging and presentation
  • To control all operation regarding production and quality of all bakery products.
  • Control wastages, Bakery product costing, Labor management.
  • Ensure the Inventory for Bakery is adequately stocked
  • Manage and operate bakery outlets
  • Inspect bakery items to ensure the established standards of Food
  • Keep an eye on the sanity and cleanliness of bakery.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional manne
