Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their

Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations

Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.

Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests.

Understanding the client’s needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients

Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & production team to follow all steps to ensure project stays on track.

Work with creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to share & constantly learn new technology.

Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion.

Duties

Receive, coordinate & assign existing customer requests through Support Desk.

Preparing estimates

Creating project dockets including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, project folders

Quality assurance including proof reading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates

Managing budgets and timeline

Generating and presenting change orders

Providing clients with timely updates and status

Updating all project statuses throughout the day – and before leaving work at the end of the day

Review and preparation of invoices 

Attending all staff briefings and project status check-ins each morning 

Skills

Organisational Skills, Time and Stress Management, Proficient in MS Office, comunication skills, excellent phone skills etiquette, Multitasking
