Provides day to day management of established customers including quote creation through order processing, including, but not limited to:Verbal Communication ( Ex. Phone calls)Written Communication (Ex. Email, Faxes)
Responsibility for processing orders include:Applying proper manufacturing standards to customer requestsAbility to read customer diagrams that include product and part specificationsOrder creation and input into AS400 systemTroubleshooting or researching customer issuesQuickly adapt to ever-changing priorities or initiatives including ability to reorganize tasks based on customer needs or deadlinesOther duties as assignedRegular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job

Proven ability to multi-task in a high demand/fast paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent time management and organizationAbility to work in a team setting with individual responsibilitiesBasic Windows® based computer skillsStrong mathematical skills, including ability to read fractions and decimalsAt least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, construction, or technical based customer service departmentPrior experience with Lotus Notes, preferredHigh School Diploma, required, Associates degree, preferredOrganized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects, phones, and prioritize workload & work with minimal supervisionMust be able to communicate effectively & conduct oneself professionally; excellent written & verbal communication skills
