A Renowned Faisalabad based Textile Company is looking for "DGM" (Deputy General Manager) for expanding their new cargo business. The candidate is responsible for sales and operations planning & have expertise in cargo handling procedures and regulations and familiar with monitoring and organizing all activities within the cargo terminal.
Tasks & Resposiblities
- Develops business plans to maximize cargo revenues
- Maintains and expands business in the assigned area
- Studies market conditions to pinpoint new breaks or prospects and possible threats
- Develops sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues
- Creates awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales
- Implements customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate management reports for performance evaluation
- Implement security and shrinkage control programs to protect assets from loss due to internal/external theft and operational issues
