Job description:
An immigration company based in Islamabad is looking for “IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT EXECUTIVE”.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all the aspects involved in processing a visa and immigration service and also have to ensure that these processes run smoothly.
- Interview all the clients and deal with applications personally.
- Responsible for ensuring that all the information provided by the client is accurate.
- To carry out the responsibility of checking all the legal documents of the client and informing them in case of any discrepancy in any of the documents.· Prepare fee quotes.
- Help the client in getting a visa or a permit of the country to which the client is migrating.
- Responsible for providing training to the HR staff in order to give a proper understanding of the immigration rules.
- Responsible for translating a certain document and explaining it to the clients.
- Responsible for conveying information in a simple format.
