One of the genuine leaders in the Pakistan region with a solid reputation and a highly desirable company to work for. With strong expansion and development plans for 2017.we are now recruiting for a new senior and junior candidates as Operations Manager.

 

 As an operation manager you are expected to take full ownership of critical tasks, activities and relations. You will be responsible for perfecting the ongoing processes and introduce best practices. You will be coordinating with different departments, customer segments, partners and seek new strong realties that help us grow with our customers.

  • Accountable for all operational and ensure operational excellence with regards to customer experience, customer loyalty and financial efficiency
  • Build scalable processes to ensure growth according to budget and achieve market leadership
  • Build strong and deep relationships with all customer segments
  • Build and lead a high performance team
  • Achieve ambitious KPIs and targets related to customers and Operations
  • Continuously improve the process and share best practices among different teams
  • Coordinates important information among all departments and ensure critical tasks are done according to plan

SKILLS REQUIRED

Customer handling , Customer Relationship Management , Customer Support Representative, Strong documentation , communication skills in English, proficient using customer relationship management software and computer handling (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word). Must know how to use smart phones (Android and iOS). Meet sales targets, help customer to fix their issues facing using our products and payments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • +3 years of experience in Business Operations
  • Leader with demonstrated experience to guide team for better results
  • Great at analytics with passions for numbers that improve process and product.
  • Highly structured and action driven with proactive approach towards difficult scenario
  • Data driven and with strong problem solving capabilities
  • Project management skills and ability to easily understand complex business processes
