As an operation manager you are expected to take full ownership of critical tasks, activities and relations. You will be responsible for perfecting the ongoing processes and introduce best practices. You will be coordinating with different departments, customer segments, partners and seek new strong realties that help us grow with our customers.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Customer handling , Customer Relationship Management , Customer Support Representative, Strong documentation , communication skills in English, proficient using customer relationship management software and computer handling (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word). Must know how to use smart phones (Android and iOS). Meet sales targets, help customer to fix their issues facing using our products and payments.
