A Canadian immigration firm is lloking for the services of an " OPERATIONS MANAGER" for their LAHORE & ISLAMABAD office.

Responsibilities: Help in setting up legal structure and conduct fit outs of the office space. - Help in coordinating leads and setting up appointments with the Canadian head office - Conducting initial screening meetings with clients and giving them information on services offered. - Serve as the main point of contact in the region office. .Assist in marketing activities and office administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as operations manager
  • Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
  • Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • Leadership and organisational skills
