Job description:
One of a company in the pharmaceautical industry is looking for a sales engineer. As we expand we are looking to hire an experienced Engineer for the installation of printing equipment at production lines.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading an out-bound sales campaign based on existing referrals, as well as researching company profiles for cold approaches. You will be responsible for installations of printing equipment at manufacturing sites. You will be required to develop sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and close existing client negotiations and should comfortable interfacing with plant staff, and developing a strong relationship with key figures at companies. You must have adept knowledge of production line best practices, including GMP and are able to advise production staff on achieving minimal line degradation.
Requirements
· Operational expertise in the printing industry or manufacturing sector of pharma or FMCG industry.
· Proven track record of consistently holding or exceeding quotas using a consultative/solution selling approach, focused on solving enterprise problems.
· Demonstrated expertise in selling technology solutions to senior business decision makers by reinforcing the technology value to the prospect’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities
· Proficiency in programming languages.
· Strong command and familiarity with production/ packaging lines and printing hardware.
· Ability to handle contract negotiations in competitive bidding environments.
· Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication.
· Able to adapt to changing circumstances
· Comfortable with taking on tasks outside your comfort zone.
· Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
· Able to work under tight deadlines.
NOTE: The qualified candidate shall be given benefits upo the basic salary.
The ideal candidate should have industry experience which is pre-requisite.
