1. Identifying and Analyzing Organizational Training needs through TNA.
  2. Planning and Development of training calendar on annual basis.
  3. Review existing training programs; suggesting enhancements, modifications and meeting the changing needs of the organization.
  4. Development of In-House training courses programs that align with company visions & mission.
  5. Make Training Plans in combination of eLearning/online, in-house, remote training, webinars, virtual classroom setup by considering budgetary limits.
  6. Design and Develop orientation Programs for induction of new staff, cadre change and Leadership Development.
  7. Introduce Blended Learning designs, Automate Learning Streams, Gamified Learning programs, webinars, virtual classroom setup, On Job Training and Certification Programs.
  8. Collaboration with training institutes, trainers and educational institutes.Design online Assessments and Feedbacks system
  9. Design, Develop and implement Kirkpatrick model to assess Training Effectiveness.
  10. Ensuring that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
  11. Training feedback & Analysis based on Training ROI.

Masters Degree (16 years of education) in HRM

Experience:5+ years of experience in relevant field

  3.  Profound computer skills
  4. Ability to meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects, and work well under pressure
  5. Ability to work independently, and within a team environment.
