Job Role and Duties:

Corporate Affairs Management: 

  • Management of Business Support Team.
  • Manage Regularity Affairs.
  • Representing the business with counter Parties.

Strategic Planning: 

  • Risk Management.
  • Negotiations.
  • Challenges & Hurdles.

Compliance:

  • Lead the Compliance Function.
  • Ensure Policies, Systems & Procedures are Enforced & Adhered to.

Administration:

  • House Keeping, Security & Admin Staff Management.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Procurement.

What It Will Take:

Education:

  • LLB or equivalent.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Dealing with Regulators & Lawyers.
