We are looking for “General Manager Finance” based in Lahore
Job Description:
- Developing new policies, revision of existing policies. Providing accurate and comprehensive financial Policies to align with organizational goals and long-term financial strategy.
- Keep under review all corporate governance arrangements and developments which might impact the company.
- Ensuring that all forms and returns are filed with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) within the due date.
- Developing credit lines with new banks, maintaining existing credit lines, maintain minimal possible capital cost as per prevalent market position.
- Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, cash flows, budget to actual and financial projections.
- Support to auditors and to ensure timeliness in audit of accounts & audit reports.
- Accurate and timely accounting and bookkeeping as per IAS/IFRS.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- ACCA,CA(Finalist) are preferable.
