Job Role and Duties:
- Oversee staff on a daily basis.
- Able to Manage housekeeping operations smoothly
- Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
- Inspect Rooms on time as per the standards of Heritage Luxury Suites
- Able to take care of Equipment, damages & inventory.
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years’ of relevent experience in Hotel Industry.
