- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
- Create a training calendar and execution for the hotel staff, track and create reports on outcomes of all training, and maintain training records for the hotel.
- Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
- Recommend training materials and methods, maintain an in-house video training library, facilities, and manage the budget set for training.
- Talent planning and acquisition of hotel staff.
- Coordination with hotel staff /LM and corporate HR for smooth execution of HR Services & duty roster
