  • Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
  • Employee orientation, development and training
  • Managing Employee Engagement activities such as corporate dinner, lunch, sports events etc.
  • Maintaining HR manual & its disbursement as per policy
  • Managing Operations of Performance Management
  • Identification & designing of Training Need Assessment document for the organization 
  • Designing & development of organizational training framework
