Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support daily human resources operations. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience and basic HR knowledge. The intern will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and HR documentation while gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing documentation, guiding new hires through orientation, and ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR Information Systems to reflect personnel changes and data.
- Help monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies, reporting inconsistencies or issues to HR management.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, charts, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools to support team functions.
- Collaborate with HR team members in coordinating training sessions, employee engagement events, and other departmental initiatives.
- Handle routine administrative tasks to support HR operations, such as filing, archiving, and correspondence.
- Demonstrate initiative in learning and applying knowledge of HR functions and processes to contribute effectively.
- Communicate professionally with employees and management to facilitate issue resolution and information flow.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and uphold ethical standards in managing employee information and workplace interactions.
