- Coordinate recruitment process with Recruitment team for smooth hiring and onboarding of employees.
- Collate training needs and coordinate with the Training & Development department for execution of the training.
- Maintain training calendars, records, evaluations, and provide facilitation for training.
- Oversee company policies and ensure compliance in letter and spirit.
- Suggest any required improvement in policies to the management.
- Provide HR services to staff regarding attendance, leave, duty roasters, incentives, etc. on regular basis.
- Handling staff grievances and maintaining discipline.
- Representation of organization to government regulatory bodies.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR services.
Education:
Bachelor’s/ Master degree in HR Management
