• Coordinate recruitment process with Recruitment team for smooth hiring and onboarding of employees.
  • Collate training needs and coordinate with the Training & Development department for execution of the training.
  • Maintain training calendars, records, evaluations, and provide facilitation for training.
  • Oversee company policies and ensure compliance in letter and spirit.
  • Suggest any required improvement in policies to the management.
  • Provide HR services to staff regarding attendance, leave, duty roasters, incentives, etc. on regular basis.
  • Handling staff grievances and maintaining discipline.
  • Representation of organization to government regulatory bodies.

Experience:     

              5+ years of experience in HR services.

Education:

               Bachelor’s/ Master degree in HR Management
