Job Description:
- Providing support for Secondary Sales and Distribution Management systems.
- Working on Rural Van Sales system, Merchandising System, Business Intelligence and reporting tools.
- Windows installation and tuning, printer configuration, removing viruses, installing and configuring antivirus etc.
- Configuration of handheld devices for use with Sales and Merchandising systems.
- Addition and deletion of POPs at distributor systems as per approval from concerned authorities.
- Providing training to DSRs, RSRs, field force and other users.
- Travelling to distributor locations to provide training and support.
- Ensuring updated antivirus is installed and effectively working at distributor servers.
- Developing and conducting training for users and newly hired sales staff.
- Close coordination with the Central Helpdesk tem,a Zonal sales team and Distributor staff.
- Using the Helpdesk System tool to log daily support calls. - Knowledge of Help Desk functions.
- Level 1 network support.
- Hardware inventory management. - End User software and hardware support.
