- Knowledge and experience of fiber optic technology.
- Experience with 5-8 core fiber optic cable experience.
- FTTx Understanding of difference between single and multi-mode fibers Experience pulling and dressing fiber optic cables in an OSP environment
- Experience of splicing for the both loose tube and ribbon fibers optic cables Proven experience for the different vendors splicing machines and techniques
- Must have experience with and familiarity with installing & handling various fiber optic cable type sincluding multi core duct and direct buried cables
- Preferred qualifications 2 years of fiber optic splicing experience2 years of working in an OSP environment Experience with Ribbon Fiber would be plus.
