Job Description:

  • Survey Reporting & Coordination.
  • S2 S3 process follow-up on time.
  • PR Pool/CFG for S2-S3.
  • Sites definition as per Contractual Scope keeping consistency between Planned & Delivery Scope
  • PR PO Processing, issuance for delivery projects.
  • LTO Tracking, highlighting key tasks for LTO with all Delivery owners to minimize LTO as per Target assigned.
  • Undertakings tracking/recording.
  • Long pending PO tracking, follow up, issuance and cancellation as per feedback from delivery Teams.
  • Monitor the Project Plans.
  • Ensuring ISDP KPI's above baseline for each project.
  • Follow up with Delivery teams as per targets assigned by PMs.
  • No PO No Work Audits internally to ensure No violation on No PO No Work regulation.
  • Maintaining PDES Data on system as per ME requirement.
  • Daily project Progress report (email, SMS, Print).
  • Maintaining Project detailed tracker on ISDP.
  • LD Working and evidence record keeping.
  • Issue Reporting and escalations on Time.
  • Ensuring CIAG KPI's being achieved as per regulation from Platform, apply exception for overdue CIAG sites.
  • PR PO, DN processing Tracker, subcon acceptance, customer acceptance tracker.
  • DU maintenance, audits in system to control DU count as per scope.
  • Project document tracker and record keeping (PACs, ATP documents record etc.).
  • HR budget monitoring & time claims (Alarm at 80% consumption).
  • Configurations publish, SO verifications, Revenue Triggering as per PODs / PACs, ensuring no ICFR.
  • On hold sites reconciliation with customer.
  • Preparation of BOQs / Acceptance Documents as per Customer / Frontline requirement.
  • Perform remote system operations for document submission as well as follow up for approval.
