Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial aspects of special projects, including budgeting, costing, expenditure control, and financial discipline.
Structure and manage bank financing for CAPEX, project activities, and working capital requirements.
Prepare financial feasibility reports, project cash flow forecasts, and funding schedules.
Liaise with commercial banks for loans, renewals, and credit facilities, ensuring compliance with financial covenants.
Monitor fund utilisation, cost variances, and project budgets to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Manage and validate project financial data, ensuring accurate reporting from project sites.
Implement and oversee project finance modules in Odoo ERP for real-time tracking and MIS reporting.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance ERP functionality for better project-level control.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Maintain detailed documentation for project finances, loans, and related agreements.
Act as the financial link between the head office and project sites, providing financial insights for management decisions.
Conduct periodic site visits to verify financial records and support teams in planning and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) highly preferred; MBA (Finance) from a reputable university acceptable.
Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate finance, or project accounting.
ERP Expertise: Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) for financial management and MIS reporting.
Industry Exposure: Preferred background in manufacturing, mining, engineering, or industrial projects.
Strong understanding of bank financing, project accounting, and treasury management.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
