Job Role and Duties:

  • Preparation of Payroll processing and salary disbursements.
  • Maintaining Accurate & Reliable Employees Data & MIS.
  • Building Strong Relations with HRBPS through Effective Communication & Quality of Service Delivery.
  • Keeping a Close Liaison with Client by Having Meetings/ Conference Talk on Regular Basis.
  • Managing Self Service Portal for Leave & Payroll Modules.
  • Respond and Provide Data As Required By Clients & Sales Teams.
  • Follow All Sops and Turnaround time
  • Follow and maintain audit trails and records.
  • Must have good grip on MS Office.
