Job Role and Duties:
- Preparation of Payroll processing and salary disbursements.
- Maintaining Accurate & Reliable Employees Data & MIS.
- Building Strong Relations with HRBPS through Effective Communication & Quality of Service Delivery.
- Keeping a Close Liaison with Client by Having Meetings/ Conference Talk on Regular Basis.
- Managing Self Service Portal for Leave & Payroll Modules.
- Respond and Provide Data As Required By National & International Clients & Sales Teams.
- Follow All Sops and Turnaround time
- Follow and maintain audit trails and records.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or similar discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 year core experience of payroll.
- Good verbal & Nonverbal communication skills.
- Must have good grip on MS Office (Excel).
