We are looking for a Executive Technical Support for our Head Office Lahore.
Job Role and Duties:
- Respond to customer inquires as a first line support agent and assist in troubleshooting and resolving their challenges.
- Resolve issues related to infrastructure, People-i Suite or integrated 3rd party application or guide end user for self help.
- Identify and escalate key support and product issues to team lead.
- Compile detailed reports listing request and steps taken to resolve them including specific dates and individuals involved from different departments.
- Assist managment in creating training materials pertaining to application configuration and usage.
- Assist Management in resolving websites and related issues.
- Assist management in user experience improvement tasks.
- Assist management in searching & shortlisting training videos from different learning platforms i.e. lynda, udemy and youtube.
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to software licenses and assit management in alternative research activities.
- Assist management in People-i screens designing activities.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience.
- Bachelor in computer science/BIT/BSIT or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
