We are looking for a Unit Head Client Relationships for our Peshawar Office.

People ™ is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions. We are looking for a seasoned HR Relationship Manager to lead the team of 25-30 members at our Peshawar office and set up a top class client relationship function as per Company standards and ensure 100% uptime for client need management.

What will you do?

Job Role and Duties:

  • Budgeting, Planning & Reporting – prepare budgets and plans for various client activities, set & agree objectives and deliverables, institute a system for tracking progress and submit detailed reports to the stakeholders.
  • Service Delivery – Plan, organize and distribute responsibilities amongst small teams; control and monitor the activities of the team in service delivery, ensuring deliverables are achieved and service standards are met every time.
  • Process Compliance - Understand client requirements, design and document best suited processes and ensure that the agreed processes are implemented and compliance is adhered to as per Company policy.
  • Training & Development - Enable, equip, coach, train and guide the team members on processes, policies, skills and competencies on a regular basis by instituting a monthly training roster.

What are we looking for?

A confident, charismatic and driven person who has the ability to  nurture teams and a keen customer care focus,

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience and minimum 3 years in a Senior / Lead HR Relationship Management or HR Business Partner Role
  • Master’s in social sciences (Management / Human Resources/Business)
  • Advanced level proficiency in Excel and outstanding presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
