Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu to answer questions about food, drinks, and specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and correct timing to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage table settings according to the company’s high-end service standards to create an inviting environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for billing and order processing.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to coordinate smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Continuously uphold the company’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences through courteous and attentive service.
- Assist in training new staff by demonstrating service standards and sharing knowledge about menu and operations.
- Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area and service stations to meet operational standards.
