Our client “A reputable Real Estate Company” Based in UAE is looking for a dynamic candidate for the “Sales Team Lead”.
The candidate has to relocate to UAE.
- Assist the management in preparing Sales Forecast and Budgets
- Define market penetration strategies
- Design, develop and engage all the required sales channels
- Deploy resources to manage those channels
- Assist the management in forecasting and budgeting sales target and revenues
- Train the existing sales staff and head the recruitment of new sales staff as the team grows.
- Monitor the sales team's performance and make tough decisions when necessary.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to the senior management.
- Come up with unique ideas to help our brand maximize sales and build upon existing strategies that have provided great results in the past.
- Maintain a smooth flow of feedback throughout the sales team and encourage an environment of constructive and healthy critics
- Ensure an atmosphere of healthy competition within the team to motivate them while emphasizing teamwork
12 years plus experience with 5-6 years in Sales Management is mandatory.
MBA from a reputable institute is essential.
