Job Responsibility:
- O&M of transmission equipment
- Management of National/International customers & Cross border users for seamless services.
- Coordination with National/International customers for commissioning, testing, & troubleshooting of services.
- Inter-departmental coordination for service commissioning, troubleshooting, upgradation, & routing.
- Utilization of different testing equipment for service improvisation with End users.
- Execution of Planned activities with National/International customers.
- Coordination with National NOC for planned/unplanned activities or outages.
- To supervise contingency plans in case of outages
- Feasibility of media required for the provision of connectivity to International Voice and Data circuits.
