YPIK Group is a Business Consultancy and Outsourcing firm based in London. We are providing services from small to medium size business and accountancy firms based in London and in-Home Counties. We are a team of qualified and experienced Bookkeepers, Payroll Managers, Recruitment Consultants, IT Geeks and Business Consultants.
We are looking for Senior Telesales Executive for our back office in Lahore.
Job Description:
- Cold Calling.
- You will be making phone calls to book appointments for our. Directors in London to visit the Potential Client.
- You need to ensure that telephones are answered promptly, and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner.
- You will be working on agreed KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to generate business revenue and call targets to make sure the business targets are being met.
- General administration and other ad hoc duties as require.
- Arranging meetings with Existing and New Clients.
- Generation of New Business.
- Data Collection for Calls
- Client Data Management/Update Records.
- Daily Handover Submission.
- Direct and indirect Marketing.
- Other Ad-hoc Duties.
Requirement:
- You must have 1 year of proven experience working in Call Centre (Outbound Calls)
- Working in United Kingdom campaigns will be beneficial.
- Working or study experience in the United Kingdom will be beneficial.
- You must have experience making phone calls.
- You must have experience making Sales.
- Must able to work from 9am to 6pm British Standard Time/GMT. (Pakistan Timings will be 2pm to 11pm).
KPI’s and Targets:
- You will be making 50 to 80 calls in a day
- You need to make minimum 10 appointments in a week.
