- Record, classify and summarize daily financial transactions accurately.
- Perform accurate bookkeeping.
- Make assigned entries in ledgers.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statement of assigned bank accounts.
- Prepare party ledger reconciliation periodically and report matters to concerned sales heads.
- Prepare adjustments entries as and when needed to reconcile accounts as per the instruction of Head Accounts & Taxation.
- Perform Monthly stock-taking of all stores and warehouses and submit report to Head Accounts & Taxation.
- Assist in investigating for any financial / material losses occurring within the organization.
- Check and report stock evaluation (usage & Analysis) report on a monthly basis.
- Prepare stocks on monthly basis both in terms of quantities as well as values and report to Head Accounts & Taxation.
- Prepare post-production costing for further analysis and submit to Head Accounts & Taxation.
- Prepare aging of receivables and submit a report to Head Accounts & Taxation.
- Verify the party ceiling/limit status and update Head Accounts & Taxation for signing of delivery orders.
- Verify cash or online bank transfer receipt and update Head Accounts & Taxation for signing delivery order.
- Deposit cheques in the bank for clearing either same day or very next working day.
- Keep sales department updated w.r.t clearance of cheques.
