- Properly handle and stack finished goods according to company standards.
- Update bin cards on daily basis.
- Maintain proper stacking Heights and follow international warehousing standards as guided by Head Supply Chain.
- Always keep warehouse documentation records up to date.
- Update inventory records and take approvals from all concerned as per defined process.
- Organize warehouse staff as per daily dispatch plan.
- Get dispatch vehicles loaded in the minimum possible time.
- Make sure security staff is posted near the loading bay at the time loading as per defined process.
- Prepare gate outward passes, complete its approval process and make sure dispatch vehicles leave premises with delivery as per scheduled time.
- Timely complete dispatch-related documents and forward them to accounts department after completing the defined process at the warehouse.
- Enter dispatch-related entries into the software on daily basis.
- Daily prepare dispatch report and present to Head Supply Chain Operations.
- Prepare and present the ageing of unconsumed finished goods lying in stores.
- Ensure that warehouse is neat, clean, tidy and organized as per 5S methodology.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety regulations/requirements as per defined standards.
- “No Smoking” rule should be strictly observed in the warehouse.
- Make sure stores are ready and up to date for surprise audits at any time.
- Facilitate all internal and external audits and stock takes.
- Address audit findings and timely resolve them by proper clarification, adjustments and explanations.
- Any other task assigned by the management
